Fitness Mission:

To instill a love of physical activity and the knowledge required for physical literacy so that youth can experience the life changing impact of becoming lifelong movers.

Why our coaching WORKS

Weight Is Earned With Good Form

Your student will focus on developing motor patterns that will help them in all future physical activities they want to pursue as well as prevent injuries. Using a heavier weight is a reward only earned when your student has demonstrated good form.

Fitness Journals

Your student will receive a fitness journal where they can track their progress and see all of their hard work in one place. Fitness journal entries are completed every class. The purpose of the journals is to divert your students’ focus away from others’ performance and instead direct their focus to their own accomplishments.

Assistant Coach Program

Your student will have the opportunity to become a “Assistant Coach.” Assistant Coaches get to sharpen their teamwork and leadership skills by helping their coach. This is a title they earn one class at a time by following our class rules and demonstrating respect for their coaches/classmates.

Positive Specific Feedback

Your student will always tell their coach one thing they did well on before they leave class. Additionally, our youth coaches will deliver positive specific feedback during the new skills portion of class and during the workout portion of class. The purpose of this feedback is to build your student’s confidence, clearly define expectations, and ultimately foster their love of physical activity.

Our Coaching Options

Individualized Coaching

  • For students ages 7 & up!

  • Individualized Coaching is excellent for students who love chasing down specific goals!

  • Individualized Coaching has at maximum a 1 to 3 coach to student ratio!

  • Parents receive a, “Review Preview” after each session!

  • Students set their goals and training sessions are personalized to help them achieve these goals!

  • Individualized Coaching allows us to tailor sessions to your student’s individual needs!

7-11 Yr Old Strength & Conditioning Class

  • Class coaching is excellent for students who thrive in group environments!

  • Focused on teaching your student the love of fitness!

  • Classes contain a warm up game, skills/strength training section, conditioning section, and cool down!

  • Cool down includes Empower Journal Program, Empower Assistant Coach Program, positive specific feedback, and breathing exercises!

  • Classes are capped at 14 to ensure your student gets individual attention during every class!

Following your consultation your student will be ready to get started right away! We can’t wait to start working with them!

  • The top priority of this program is to teach kids to enjoy exercise and make sure they stay enjoying exercise. We keep this at the forefront of all our decisions! To best foster your student’s love of exercise it is important for each of your students to participate in the service that corresponds with their age. We want to prioritize the highest quality learning experience for your student possible!

  • The choice is yours! You are welcome to stay and watch or you can also drop off. However, all students need to be signed up in advance to ensure we have a waiver on file.

  • This program is designed for all students within the age groups. No previous exercise experience is required. We can’t wait to help your student fall in love with fitness!
